Ridgey Didge is an Australian owned company, founded in 1995 our first store was located in Coffs Harbour, New South Wales.
We began by offering a small range of traditional flavoured gourmet pies and sausage rolls. The pies were so popular that we expanded our menu with new flavours and tastes inspired from cultures around the world being added to our pie range. We now have over 30 different varieties of gourmet pies for customers to choose from.
We owe our success to a system of making gourmet pies that are actually made by hand and baked fresh in-store everyday. Our system has been specifically designed to ensure consistency in all our shops, ensure every pie made is of the highest quality. These pies are offered and consumed the same day, ensuring our customers enjoy a pie that is unmatched for taste and freshness.
Since our founding we have successfully tapped into a niche in the fast food industry, providing an alternative product that is unique in today’s market. Franchising has given us the ability to share our success and we now have fourteen franchised outlets located from Sydney to Grafton and as West as Gunnedah in New South Wales.
All our pies, sausage rolls, pasties and quiches are made and baked fresh every day with only fresh ingredient. If you visit any of our stores you will most likely see them actually being made fresh on the premises. This is the secret to our success and why our customers rave about our pies.

We have adapted our award winning recipes into a delicious and extensive range of gourmet GLUTEN FREE PIES with chia seeds. There is now no excuse for the gluten intolerant to forgo the unique taste of an Australia icon. If you haven’t had some Ridgey Didge Gluten Free Pies then you are definitely missing out!
At selected stores, Ridgey Didge offers a full service carvery. Watch the 18 hour slow cooked beef, pork or lamb be carved from the blade as your meal is prepared. We also have a range of side serves including our famous rich creamy potato bake, hot chips, mashed potato, authentic mushy peas, sliced carrots, corn, peas and tasty gravy. Once you have had a Ridgey Didge roast dinner, you wont eat anywhere else!
At selected stores, Ridgey Didge offers gourmet scooped ice creams. We have over 50 varieties so there is sure to be a flavour you haven’t tried. With varieties like Rocky Road, Baileys & Scorched Almond, Rum & Raisin as well as Sorbet and Gelato Ice Creams, you will be like a kid in a candy store. We also do yummy shakes and you can even mixin your favourite lollies and chocolates with our smash & bash cold slab.
